Choose 12 of your favorite photos to grace your personalized monthly calendar. Calendars measure 11 x 8½ inches
(opening to 11 x 17 inches) and are printed on high quality cardstock in full color. Print out the
order form
and mail, email, or telephone us with your selections. If you have previously ordered a montage or sequence from us, you may use it as a selection.
Please identify each of your selections by event name/date and the DSC# of the photo. If you have a copy of the print, the DSC#
should be affixed to the back of the print.
Note: Your personalized calendar can cover any 12 months of your choice. It does not have to start with January.
